Judy L. Radcliffe

Judith ‘Judy' Lynn Radcliffe (Koenig), 60, of Rockford, passed away Friday, July 1 st after a brief illness with her loving husband Patrick Radcliffe at her side at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born March 23 rd , 1951 in Cleveland Ohio, the daughter of Warren and Lillian Koenig. Prior to moving to Rockford, Judy lived in the city of Chicago where she worked for the stock exchange. Judy lived life to the fullest and enjoyed hosting parties for her family and friends. Judy loved cooking, flowers and animals, especially her golden retriever, Cody. Survivors include her husband, Patrick Radcliffe; sister, Debbie (Alan) Rego; nephews and niece, Alan, Courtney and Christopher; step-children, Lisa Radcliffe-Stevens and her children, Meghan and Bridget Stevens; the late Thomas Radcliffe (Ann) and their daughter, Shannon Radcliffe; Jennifer Radcliffe (Andrew Mergenthaler) and their daughter, Madelyn Mergenthaler. Preceded in death by her parents and her niece, Samantha.A celebration of life service for Judy will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name to The Rockford Rescue Mission, 715 W. State St., Rockford, IL 61102. Private interment will be held in Ohio at a later date.
