Judith A. Arnold

Judith A. Arnold, 65, of Fredricksburg, Texas, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2014. Born on May 21, 1948, in Elgin, the daughter of Ira and Lura (McKay) Mapes. Judith married Charles Arnold on October 6, 1989. She worked for Simpson Electric in Elgin and later retired from Barnett in Barrington. After retirement, Judith and Chuck resided in Fredricksburg, Texas and became professional RV'ers, traveling from coast to coast, with their favorite trip being to Alaska. Judith loved her family, especially her grandchildren and she could bake a mean cookie.

Lovingly survived by her husband, Chuck; children, Lura (Ted) Grzeskowiak, Roland (Tanya) Robinson, Brian (Misty) Doherty, Ronald "Butch" (Debbie) Robinson, Tim (Karen) Arnold and Chuck (Anna) Arnold; 24 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, and growing. Predeceased by her father.

Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave, with Rev. Dr. Chuck Olson officiating.
