Joyce E. Lundberg

Joyce E. Lundberg, 76, of Rockford IL, passed away July 30, 2018 after a short illness. She was born July 13, 1942 in Rockford, the daughter of Lloyd and Annie Boyer. Joyce married Bruce N. Lundberg on January 21, 1961 in Rockford.
A graduate of Rockford West High School, Joyce was employed primarily at OSF St. Anthony’s for a number of years.
She enjoyed walks, biking and Geocaching. Joyce always had a big smile and talked with everyone. She never knew a stranger.
Joyce will forever be loved and missed by her daughter, Tammy (Gerry) Weber; son, Ron Lundberg; sister, Virginia Lundgren; very special friend, Jim Will, all of Rockford; grandson, Jory Harris of Florida and her favorite walking buddy, Saint.
She is predeceased by her parents; husband, Bruce; son, Thomas Lundberg; brothers, Maynard Boyer and Gerald Boyer.
