Joseph L. Peters

Joseph L. Peters, 43, of Machesney Park went to be with the Lord Tuesday, April 4, 2017. Joseph was born October 10, 1973, in Rockford, the son of Arza Rodger and Donna (King) Peters. Joe worked many years for Road Ranger now known as Fas Fuel making many friends who enjoyed his sense of humor.
He was an avid White Sox and Dallas Cowboys fan. He enjoyed the outdoors, camping and fishing. Joseph was a beloved son, brother, uncle and cousin. He will be dearly missed.

Survivors include his parents, Rodger and Donna; brothers, Brian (Annette) Ahlgren and Bradley (Lisa) Ahlgren; sister, Jodie Peters; numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles including special Aunt Vicki (Mark) Dutenhafer and many cousins. Predeceased by sister, Julia Peters and special grandma, Jeanette Dietzman.

Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 10, 2017 at The Dwelling Place, 1559 S Mulford Rd. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church.
