John R. Snow

John R. Snow, 70, of Cherry Valley passed away Sunday, August 25, 2013. Born on May 29, 1943 in Cincinnati, Ohio; the son of John Snow and Lucy Williams. John was a veteran of the United States Army serving as a medic in the Vietnam War from 1966 until 1968. He worked in telephone service most of his life, spending 25 years working for GTE and retired in 2009 from Southwest Telephone, where he worked for 22 years.

Survived by his son, Todd Snow; grandchildren, Trey, Haley, Evan and Dane Snow and his ex-wives, Cyndi Snow and Penny Sinone.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation will be from noon until the time of service on Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial in Arlington Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to the family.
