John P Mcfadden

John Phillip McFadden, 57, of Machesney Park, IL, passed away after a long illness on Friday, May 12, 2017. He was born in Rockford on May 6, 1960; to parents Michael Sr. and Rachel (Reedy) McFadden. John proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He touched the many lives of those who knew him and he will be missed dearly.

John is survived by his wife, Carol McFadden; son, Kyle McFadden; parents, Michael and Rachel McFadden, Sr.; sister, Georgia (Keith) Govier; brothers, Tom (Cindy) McFadden and Walter (Lori) McFadden; sisters in-law, Julie McFadden, Connie (Paul) Loken, Jan (Rick) Betten, Mary Shank; brother in-law, Jack (Gayle) Krevel; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. John is predeceased by his brother, Michael McFadden, Jr.

A memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 19, 2017; at St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave., Loves Park, Illinois; with a visitation one hour prior to Mass. Memorials may be given to the McFadden Family.
