John B. Kirnberger

John B. Kirnberger, 56, of Loves Park passed away Wednesday, September 21, 2016. Born April 14, 1960, in Janesville, Wisconsin, the son of John B. and Myrna (Gokey) Kirnberger. He was a veteran serving in the United States Air Force. John married Victoria Vosberg on October 10, 1998 in Rockford. He was an MRI Technologist, working for OSF Saint Anthony Medical Center for over 20 years. John enjoyed the Green Bay Packers. His children gave him great joy and he loved watching them do what they love.
Lovingly survived by his wife, Vicki; children, Kayla, Kenny, Kacy and John; adopted daughter, Diana; parents, John and Myrna; siblings, Greg A. (Amy) Kirnberger, Janice (John Fell) Kirnberger and Renee Kirnberger; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Vosberg; sister-in-law, Kris Palmer; nieces and nephews, Jeremy (Kyoko), John, Sydney and Lauren. Predeceased by his father-in-law, Kenneth Vosberg.
Funeral service will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service.
