John A. Kahl

John A. Kahl, 53, of Rockford, passed away in his home on Monday, November 4, 2013. He was born in New Brunswick, New Jersey on May 28, 1960; the son of Arthur and Darlene (Olson) Kahl. John graduated from Boylan Catholic High School class of 1978. He was a loyal employee of Hilander /Schnucks for many years. John loved music and was passionate about playing the guitar and entertaining. He was also a valued listener and contributor to the shows of WNTA.
John is survived by his family and many friends. Predeceased by his parents.
Funeral Mass at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 9, 2013 in St. Bridget Catholic Church, 600 Clifford Ave. Visitation from 10:00 am until the time of Mass.
