Joanne Elizabeth Riske, 81, of Rockford, passed away on Tuesday November 30, 2010 in SwedishAmerican Hospital.nbsp; She was born December 3, 1928 in Zion, IL; the daughternbsp;of Henry and Bessie Albrecht.nbsp; She worked for American Republic Insurance for over 25 years.nbsp; Member of Alpine Lutheran Church and the Alliance for the Menatally Ill, for which Joanne was a strong advocate.nbsp;
Survivors include her sons, Craig (Donna) Riske of Cherry Valley, Alan Riske of Rockford; sisters, Jane (Dr. Robert) Maves of Door County and Paulene Huffman of California; nieces and nephews.nbsp; Predeceased by her parents; son,Brian; brother, Beckum Albrecht and sister, Beatrice Albrecht.
