Joan Marie Scibona, 86, passed away on February 18, 2021. Born on February 21, 1934 in Rockford, Illinois to Glen and Elizabeth (McEntee) Gallagher. She went on to graduate from West High School in 1952 and not long after married the love of her life, Russell Scibona on October 16, 1954.
