Joan Arlene Miller, 73, of Rockford, passed away on July 29, 2009 at Swedish American Hospital. Joan was born October 12, 1935 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of Elston E. and Helen (Kramer) Kaitchuck.
Joan married Gary D. Miller on September 14, 1957 in Chicago. She was a homemaker and was very devoted to caring for her daughter and her family.
Joan is survived by her husband, Gary; children, David (Rose) Miller, Duane Miller and Dawn Miller; granddaughter, Danielle Miller, and her two sisters, Marlene (Rueben) Melesio and Donna (Clarence) Garbarski. Joan was predeceased by her parents.
