Jesus E. Vidal

Jesus E Vidal (54) passed away peacefully in his home in Rockford, IL, on May 10, 2023. He was born on June 21st, 1968, in Chihuahua, Mexico. His father was Jose Vidal and his mother was Ildefonsa Ezparza. Jesus is survived by his wife Nilda and his sons Ever (Adrianna) Vidal, Ian Vidal, Alan Solis, grandkids Evie Vidal, Giovanni Saldana; siblings Silvia Duran, Josefina (Daniel) Hernandez, Carmela (Benjamin) Sigala, Margarita Vidal, Isabel Vidal, Gustavo Vidal ( Rosa Ureño). He is predecesed by his parents Jose and Ildefonsa; siblings Ruben, Victor and Teresa. Jesus married the love of his life Nilda Ileana Navarro-Barron in July of 1988. Jesus moved to Rockford, IL in 1995 to guarantee a better future for his family. Jesus was a dedicated worker who enjoyed and took pride of his job. He would always show up to work extra early to prepare a cup of coffee and get ready for the day. Work allowed him to provide for his family as well as fueling him with the feeling of accomplishment. He enjoyed doing yard work, always waking up early to work on whatever project needed to be done. He was a fan of watching shows from all around the world, almost as if he was the one traveling to these foreign places every day. He enjoyed listening to music as well as dancing with his wife. Every time Jesus went out you could be sure to see him wearing one of his many pairs of sunglasses and hats. He loved to joke around with his family and friends. He was loved by many, and he loved everyone back. He was a strong man who always gave it his all.
