Born February 25, 1951 in Corning, Arkansas, to Jess and Ruby (McKinney) Hinkle. Moved to Rockford, IL in 1960. He graduated from West High School in 1969. He was a member of Local 32 where he worked as a Laborer retiring in 2006. He was a quite and private man who loved and cared for his family. He is survived by; Brothers, William, Corning, Ark., James Loves Park, Il., Sisters, Wilma Poyner Poplar Bluff, Mo., Velma Yeager Machesney Park, Il., Thelma (Bob) Hastings Roscoe, Il., Joan (Chuck) Buttacavoli Loves Park, Il., Ruby Martin Loves Park, Il., Kathy (Steve) Walters Rockford, Il., Patsy (Barry) Westholder Machesney Park, Il. Several much loved nieces and nephews great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Aunt Ethel Fleetwood of Springfield, OR. Pre-deceased by his parents Jess and Ruby, Brother John and Sister Sue Poe. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 20, 2009 from 5 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory (Riverside Chapel) 3910 N. Rockton Ave. Jesse will be laid to rest in Moark Cemetery Corning, Arkansas, beside his parents and brother. Memorials may be made to the family.
