Jerry J. Angileri Jr, 86 passed away in Rockford, Illinois on May 15, 2020. Born September 11, 1933 in Chicago IL. Son of Jerry Sr. and Grace Constantino Angileri. Married Mary Cascio on November 19, 1955 at St Anthony of Padua Church. Attended St Thomas High School and was drafted into the US army in 1953. He was a Korean War veteran. Worked at Winnebago Cabinet until he was drafted into the army during the Korean War. Also served in Germany until 1955. Worked as a machinist for 26 years W.A. Whitney until his retirement in 1995.
Jerry became a proud member of the Rockford Bowling Hall of fame in 1987. He had a passion for many things mainly bowling. His talents went far beyond that including artistry, carpentry and being very organized. He loved his Cubs, Bears and Bulls.
Survivors include wife Mary, daughters; Carolyn, Kathy Stull, Teresa (Roger) Arbisi, son, Joe (Andrea); his grandchildren Melissa, Adrianna, Christopher, Roman, Roger, Rose, Dominic, Gianna, Joe, Gabriella, Giacomo, Angie, Anthony, Tony, Anna, Maria and Teresa; brothers Jim, Mike (Mary); his sisters Connie and Nora, sister in law Florence. He was predeceased by parents Jerry Sr, mother Grace, brothers Robert and David.
