Jeremy E. Wilson

Jeremy E. Wilson, 27, Rockford, passed away Tuesday, October 31, 2017, at SwedishAmerican Hospital. He was born March 15, 1990, in Hoffman Estates, the son of Jeffrey and Heidi (Schlosser) Wilson. Jeremy was a 2009 graduate of Jefferson High School. He enjoyed playing video games and sharing information to donor families and transplant recipients on facebook. Jeremy was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and enjoyed watching all sports.
Survived by his mother, Heidi Wilson; his brother, Joshua Wilson and his sister, Jazmin Wilson; his paternal grandmother, Patricia Ann Wilson; his uncles, Frank (Andrea)Schlosser, Rick Wilson, and Dave (Lynn) Wilson; his aunts, Jeanette (Daniel) Anderson and Monica (George) Tsiodras; many cousins including Matthew and Nicole. Predeceased by his father, Jeffrey; his maternal grandparents, Hubert and Elfriede Schlosser; his paternal grandfather, Eddie Wilson and his aunt, Linda Wilson.
A memorial visitation will be held from 1:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would by appreciated. The donations will be used to help pay for the services and half will be donated to Donate Life.
