Jean R. Rose

Jean R. ""Pinky"" Rose, 78 of Rockford passed away on Monday, March 31, 2008. Born October 28, 1929 in Gross Point Farms, MI the daughter of Abel and Marjorie (Hunt) Martin. She was a 1948 graduate of Muldoon High School. Jean married Robert Rose on March 15, 1952 in Rockford, IL. Jean was a member of St. Edward Catholic Church. She sold AVON products for over 30 years and won many awards for her sales. She enjoyed painting ceramics and jigsaw puzzles. Jean had a wonderful sense of humor. Survivors include her husband, daughters Shirley (Donald) Falk, Peggy (David) Lillegaard, Gayle Stickley and Connie (David) Robinson. Two grandchildren and sister Pat Margarson of San Bernardino, CA. She was predeceased by her parents. Funeral Service will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday, April 3, 2008 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford.
