Jayden Gabriel-Simon Villafane

Jayden Gabriel-Simon Villafane, 4 months old, of Rockford, passed away on June 5 from SIDS.nbsp; Jayden was born January 19, 2007 at Rockford Memorial Hospital the son of Jose and Courtney (Marik) Villafane. nbsp; Jayden was a very happy baby who loved everyone he came in contact with. Jayden was greatly loved by Courtney and Jose and his entire family. nbsp; Jayden is survived by his parents; his grandparents, Aida Villafane and Linda and Erwin Janush; his brothers, Jayvaughn, Brendan and Eddie; his aunts, uncles and cousins, Emeline and Martin Padilla and family, Luis and Rosie Solivan and family, Daniel and Fabiola Solivan and family, George Solivan and family, Michelle Villafane and family, Joseph Villafane and family and Heather Roach and family and his god-parents, Chris and Rea Dilly. nbsp; A funeral service will be held on Monday at 12 P.M. (Noon) at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Rev. Dr. William R. Kerr, Sr. officiating.nbsp; Visitation will be on Saturday from 3 6 P.M. and on Monday from 10 A.M. until time of service.nbsp; Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.nbsp; Courtney and Jose have established fundraising events which will be held on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Alpine Bank in Belvidere, the Mobil Gas Station at Rte.20 and Wheeler Rd., Members Alliance on Central Ave., the Texas Lounge on south Main and at The Old Stil on Kilbourn Ave.
