Jane L. Kling

Jane L. Kling, 88, of Rockford, passed away August 18, 2018 at Alden Debes Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. Born May 8, 1930 in Rockford; she was the daughter of George and Helen (Swanson) Hedlund. She married Lloyd Kling Jr. on September 28, 1952 in Rockford.
Jane was a lifetime member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church and she retired from Swedish American Hospital after more than 20 years of employment.
Survivors include her children, Steve Kling, Janelle Widergren and Craig Carmack; grandchildren, Jason (Tracy) Widergren, Kaitlynn (David) Milvert and Kyle Kling; great-grandson, Caleb Widergren; sisters, Beverly Ennis, Pam Zounes and Joyce Yocum and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Lloyd who passed away July 4, 2018.
