Jane Ellen Peele

Jane E. Peele, 91, of Rockford, passed away Monday, November 21, 2016. Born on July 18, 1925 in Paris, Kentucky, the daughter of Arthur and Elizabeth Stokes. Jane married Thomas John Peele in Louisville Kentucky on November 6, 1948. Thomas predeceased her on March 21, 2014.
Jane was a member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church. She enjoyed travelling, playing cards and reading.
Survived by her children, Stephen (Kris) Peele of Rockford, Janet (Alan) Wold of Byron; grandchildren, Brad Peele of Milwaukee, Amy (Dave) Hughes of Stillman Valley, Travis Miller of Broken Arrow , OK, and Sara Haslett of Chelsea, OK; great grandchildren, Sydney, Savannah and Sada Hughes, Aidan Peele and Ethan and Madison Haslett; Son-in-law, Gary Miller of Broken Arrow, OK. Predeceased by her parents, husband Thomas and daughter Kathy.
Memorial Service at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 26 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory 1860 S. Mulford Rd., with Pastor Jane Easley officiating.
