Jackie J. Neiber

Jackie J. Neiber, 70, of Rockford, passed away April 8, 2015. She was born May 3, 1944, to Elmer and Evelyn Elfverson. Jackie attended West High School, and was married to Jim Neiber on June 27, 1964. She is survived by her husband, Jim; sons, Mike Neiber, and Ken (Michele) Neiber; grandson, Noah Neiber; and brother, John Elfverson. She predeceased by her parents; and her sister, Diann Panozzo. At the request of the family, there will be no formal service at this time. Funeral arrangements are being cared for by Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, 3910 N. Rockton Ave., Rockford, IL, 61103.
