Iola J. Hoffman of Rockford.nbsp; Passed away at 4:48 pm on Tuesday March 16, 2010 inher home after a short illness.nbsp; She was born May 29, 1924 in Sidney , Montana, the daughter of Fredrick and Mollie Martini.nbsp; She came to Rockford in 1942 where she met her husband Walter.nbsp; They married on June 2, 1945.nbsp; Walter predeceased her on May 24, 2006.nbsp; She worked at Lloyds Hearing Aid, Amerock, Goldblats and at the Cosmetics counter at JC Penny.nbsp; Member of Temple Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter Linda(Phil)Carlson of Winnebago and Son Fred(Maureen)Hoffman of Rockford.nbsp; Four Grandchildren Kevin (Jenny) Carlson of Pecatonica, Curt (Angie) Taylor of Rochelle, Rodney and Elden Hoffman both of Rockford.nbsp; Great Granchildren Devin, Austin and Madison Carlson and a granddaughter on the way.nbsp; Predeceased by her Parents,nbsp; Husband and many brothers and sisters.
