Ho Thi Nguyen

Ho Thi Nguyen, 82, of Rockford, passed away on Saturday, September 2, 2017. She was born in Quang Binh, Vietnam, on January 1, 1935; she was the daughter of Tuat and Thim Nguyen. Ho lived her life in Rockford, and devoted her life to her family. She will forever be remembered as a beautiful and loving mother, daughter, grandmother, aunt, and friend.

Ho is survived by her daughter, Huyen Tran (husband, Luat Do) and her granddaughters, Quynh Do in New York, and Quyen Do in Washington D.C. She is predeceased by her parents.
A funeral service will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 9, 2017; at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford, IL, 61108. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, September 8, 2017; at the funeral home, and will continue from 2:00 p.m. until time of service on Saturday.
