Gene W. Box

Gene W. Box, 76, Rockford, passed away at home on October 12, 2015. He was born on October 13, 1938, in Tunica, MS to Roscoe and Louetta (Vines) Box. On July 13, 1962, he married the love of his life, Jean Lovell in Chicago. The couple relocated to the Belvidere, where he remained a loyal employee of Chrysler for 30 years, retiring in 1998.
He is survived by his children, Kenneth (Tresa Gaziano) Box of Virginia Beach, VA, Michael Box of Rockford, and Kristine (William) Parkinson of Oregon; his grandsons Brandon, Steven, and Matthew Box.
Predeceased by his wife, parents, brothers and sisters.
