Frank A. Tallacksen, of Rockford, passed away Thursday May 13, 2010 in SwedishAmerican Hospital.nbsp; He was born March 14, 1933 in Rockford; son of Ralph and Mary Tallacksen.nbsp; He married Eva B. Saavedra in Memorial Christian Church in Rock Island on August 9, 1973.nbsp; Frank worked for Eclipse for 43 years and never missed a day of work.nbsp; He enjoyed his retirement, spending more time with his wife and family.nbsp; Frank had a wonderful spirit and personality that people fell in love with as soon as they met him.nbsp; He is a member of St. Patrick Church.nbsp;

He is loved and will be missed by his wife, Eva; children, Jean (Marshall) Hungness of Rockford, Margaret (Mike) Shoger of Sterling, Marian (Richard Jr) Gonzalez of Rockford, Ernest (Maria) Saavedra of Rockford;nbsp; eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren;nbsp; brothers, Walter (Cookie), Harold (Mary Jane) and Junior (Helen sisters, Evelyn Tallacksen and Pat Jones Son-in-law; Wenddell Cypret Predeceased by his parents, daughter, Tammy Cypret; siblings, Leroy, Clarence, George, Harry, Howard, Mary, Margaret and Ruth.

Mass of Resurrection at St Patrick Church on Monday, May 17, 2010 at 10:00am with Father Ricardo Hernandez officiating.nbsp; Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.nbsp; Visitation will be from 2pm until 4pm Sunday, May 16 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, 3910 N.
