Francis J. Licari

Francis “Frank” J. Licari, 87, Rockford, IL, passed away on November 25, 2021 at home. He was born on June 20, 1934, the son of Joseph and Frances (Terrazino) Licari.

Frank attended St. Anthony's School and West High School. In 1955, Frank married
Arline Waters. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Frank was a retired Rockford Police Officer as well as a retired Clark County, Nevada Health Inspector.

Frank is survived by his wife of 66 years, Arline; children, Joseph (Debby) Licari, Christopher Licari, and Deborah Roller; granddaughters, Erica Schibley, Amanda Roller, Stacey Cantrell, Marisa Licari, Alexandra Licari and Samantha Licari; great-grandson Clark Cantrell and great-granddaughters; Rayven Morea, Gabrielle Schaibley and Stella Cantrell.

Visitation at Fitzgerald Funeral Home Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Avenue, Rockford, IL 61103 on Friday, December 3 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass will on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 1010 Ferguson Street, Rockford, IL at 10:00 am.
