Lewis, Sr., Paul Lewis, Jonathan Bartman; 8 great-grandchildren; sister, Luella Jacobs and numerous nieces and nephews.nbsp; Predeceased by her husband in 1979; her parents; granddaughters, Delores A. Thompson and Debbie Hubler; a brother and 3 sisters.
