Eleanore "Ellie" Beverly Hasley

Eleanore “Ellie” Beverly Hasley, 83, Rockford, passed away at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. She was born January 31, 1935, in Polson, MT, the daughter of Elmer and Bess (Anderson) Sampson. Ellie graduated from Kingman Business University. Ellie married Dr. Ronald ‘Ron” K. Hasley in Polson, MT on June 10, 1956. She was an active member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church where she was a Stephens Minister, active in the Do-Day Quilters, and the Circle.
Survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Ron; her son, Russell (Dawn) Hasley of Round Lake Beach; her grandchildren, Matthew and Risa Nakonechny and Aaron and Shawn Hasley; her great-grandchildren, Benjamin, Bella-Marie, and Rhetoric Hasley; her son-in-law, Ronald Nakonechny of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; several nieces. Predeceased by her daughter, Christine Nakonechny on October 5, 2017; her sisters, Bernice, Gaylene, and Carol.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, April 26, 2018, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, 3300 Rural St. Rockford with the Reverend Jeff Fricke officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until 10:45 A.M. at the church on Thursday. Burial will be in Polson, MT. Arrangements by Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd.
