Edward C. Paasch

Edward C. Paasch, 89, of Rockford, IL passed away on March 23, 2021. He was born in Dwight, IL, on August 21, 1931 to Edward and Marie (Gram) Paasch. Edward joined the US Navy and proudly served his country. He married the love of his life, Margot, in 1956. Edward graduate with a Bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois and worked in the banking industry for nearly 40 years before retiring. He was a member of the Lions Club, an avid bowler, and enjoyed watching football. Edward loved working in the yard with his wife and after retirement he enjoyed being a crossing guard for the local schools.

Edward is survived by his wife of 64 years, Margot; his son, Chris (Gretta Klurgness) Paasch; his grandchildren, Kai Paasch and Cora Paasch. He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Ann Morel.
