Rockford- Dr. R. G. Mokadam, 92 passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at Swedish American Hospital. Born in India the son of Dr. & Mrs. Ganpat Mokadam. Graduated from University of Minnesota receiving his PhD in Mechanical Engineering. Married Louise Yoerg on September 23, 1953. She predeceased him March 1, 2011. Dr. Mokadam work for Sundstrand for many years.
Survivors include daughter Anjani (Craig) Milkert of Maple Plain, MN and three children; Dinkar (Kim) of Washington D.C. and two children; Anita (Eyvind) Sorhaug of Stavanger, Norway and two children and Diwakar (Christine) Mokadam of Buffalo, NY and three children. Grand Children include: Corey (Kate), Alex and Spencer Milkert; Kaelin and Louis Mokadam; Ida Marie and Kristian Sorhaug; Chloe, Kate and Aaron Mokadam.
