Doug Enderle, 52, of Loves Park passed away Tuesday in his home surrounded by his family. He was born on April 8, 1964 in Rockford, the son of Donald and Jo (Hunt) Enderle. He met the love of his life, Carrie Crave, and the two married on October 12, 1991. He worked at Lowes Distribution Center and was a member of St. Bridget’s Catholic Church. Doug loved the outdoors, never missing an opportunity to go skiing, boating, kayaking, or hiking. He was the best fisherman in the family! He was an avid Detroit Lions fan. Doug was patient, insightful and had a fun loving sense of humor. Above all else he was a devoted husband, father, brother, son in-law, and friend.
He is survived by his wife, Carrie; his sons; Ross and Jason Enderle; his brothers, Pat (Sherry) Enderle, and Dan(Jackie) Enderle; his sisters, Joyce (Steve) Keegan, and Julie (Dave) Cortez; his nieces and nephews, Chris (Renee), Tori, Mitch, Sarah, Joey, Marijo, Marie, Megan (Matt), and Matthew; Parents in-law, Mike(Barb) Crave; sister in-law, Wendy (Mark)Alland. Predeceased by his parents.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel. A visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until time of service.
