Donna Jane Walton

Donna J.Walton, 70, of Machesney Park passed away on Thursday, December 29, 2016 surrounded by her family. She was born on December 22, 1946 in Dixon, the daughter of John and Georgia (Spencer) Maddy. She married Robert Walton. Donna had a wonderful sense of humor, strong wit, and brought light to all of those who knew her. She was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband; Daughters Staci Walton and Mary (Dale)Hendrix; her son Jeff(Michelle) DeBaere; Granddaughters, Amanda Clark, Holly (Lucas) Esmond, Brooke Hendrix and Janelle Debaere; Grandson Adam Clark; Great grandson, Eli Esmond; Sister, Janelle (Bill) Williams; Brothers, Dale Hurd, John Maddy, and Jim Maddy; Many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her daughter Sandra Clark, parents and brother, Bob Hurd.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2016 from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
