Donna J. Dahlke

Donna Dahlke, 66, of Rockford passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 1, 2012 in her home. She was born September 4, 1946 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Gordon and Opal Lindstrum. She married the love of her life, Alan Dahlke, on October 1, 1966 in Milwaukee. Member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.Donna was a loving wife and mother that enjoyed cooking, cruises, ballroom dancing with her husband, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Her heart will always be a part of those who loved her. Donna will be deeply missed by her adoring husband, children, grandchildren and all those who had the blessing of Donnas love and friendship. Survivors include her husband Alan, of Rockford. Three children: Jeff (Rachel) Dahlke of Crystal Lake, Michael (Tara) Dahlke of Roscoe and Laura (Kevin) VanNatta of Rockford. Grandchildren: Kailey, Ryne, Ali, Sean, Alden and Olivia. Brother, Thomas (Sharon) Lindstrum of New Berlin, WI. Sister, Joan (Tom) Slauta of Middletown, CT. Numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents.Funeral Service is 11am Thursday December 6, 2012, at Westminster Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. William Ward officiating. Visitation from 911am Thursday in the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Deacons program at Westminster.
