December 10, 1937 — February 20, 2021

Donald L. Larson, 83, of Rockford, passed away on Saturday, February 20, 2021, in his home. He was born December 10, 1937, in Milbank, SD, the son of Carl O. and Alice I. (Stenzel) Larson.

Donald was a 1955 graduate of Rockford East High School. He married Kathleen Janet Winzenried in Rockford, IL on August 24, 1957. Donald was an employee in the Printing Department at Sundstrand, retiring in 1992, and also worked at Pip Printing and as a Volunteer Fireman at the Kishwaukee Fire Department. He loved his children and grandchildren with all of his heart and instilled in them his love of the outdoors. He especially enjoyed his retirement years on the Chippewa Flowage in Hayward Wisconsin. Predeceased by his siblings Avis Hansen, Verne, Bob, and Earl Larson.

Special thank you to granddaughter Brittney for her loving care during Donald's final days.
