Donald G. Rother

Donald G. Rother, 74, of Rockford died Tuesday, March 17, 2015 in his home. Born December 7, 1940 in Chicago. A veteran of the United States Air Force and honorably discharged. He was self employed for many years and enjoyed a good cup of coffee with his friends. He was a hard worker, a kind and caring man and he will be missed greatly by his friends and companion, Lori Rother. A memorial visitation will be held Sat., March 21, 2015 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. from 2-4 p.m. with Military Honors at 4 p.m. in ln lieu of flower memorials in his name to Northern Illinois Hospice Association.
