Deloris Almond, 70, of Florida, formerly of Rockford, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2007 in her home. Born July 8, 1936 in Newton, IL; the daughter of Carl and Ella Webb. Married Jesse Almond on August 8, 1953 in Rockford, IL. Survivors include her husband, Jesse; sons, John Almond, James Almond and Douglas (Diane) Almond; grandchildren; Jessica (James) Srail, Joseph Almond and Danielle Almond; step- grandchildren Tara (Bill) Vannatta and Corina Shipley; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Lucas Srail;nbsp; brothers, Dwight Webb and Larry Webb; sister, Janet (Mike) Davidson; mother-in-law, Evelyn Almond; Special in-laws, Mona Almond, Joanne (Jim) Smith and John (Carolyn) Almond and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents; son, Daniel; brother, Terry; father-in-law, Joseph; brother-in-law, Gene Almond. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2007 in Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1826 N. Rockton Ave. with Rev. Richard Likeness officiating.
