Delmer L. Nidaver

Delmer L. Nidaver, 83, of Davis Junction, IL passed away on Friday, November 2, 2018.

Delmer was born August 3, 1935 in Qulin, MO, son of Homer and Mary (Allen) Nidaver. He married Freida M. (Hovis) Nidaver on November 2, 1958 in Rockford, IL. Delmer began working at Rockford Clutch in the ‘50’s and was most recently trucking for Kasper Trucking. He served in the United States Army and was also a mason for 52 years. Delmer enjoyed playing guitar, listening to country music, and taking rides on his motorcycle with his wife, Freida. He will be dearly missed.

Surviving relatives include his loving wife, Freida Nidaver and daughter, Deanna Ebert. He is predeceased by his parents and 2 sisters, Shirley Hocking and Wanda Rapier.

According to Delmer’s wishes, there will be no public services held. Cremation rites have been accorded.
