Deborah Jensen

Deborah D. Jensen, 62, of Rockford passed away Saturday, July 19, 2014 in Madison. Born December 4, 1951, in Rockford, the daughter of Marlys J. Thibert. Deborah worked for 25 years as an administrative assistant at an insurance office. She married Michael Jensen in 1991. Her greatest pleasure in life was her grandkids. Deborah was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church where she was very active as the Evangelization Director and as a Eucharistic Minister. She loved facilitating RCIA classes and her faith was very important to her.
Survived by her husband, Michael; son, James (Tanysha) Montana Jr.; grandchildren, Terra, Jacob and Alexandra Montana; step father, Jack; Michael's children and grandchildren. Predeceased by her grandma and grandpa Chapman and her mother, Marlys.
Memorial mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2014 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with the Franciscan Friars officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, with the rosary recited at 6:45 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 9:45 a.m. Inurnment in Willwood Burial Park.
