David W. Patterson

David W. Patterson, 54, of Rockford passed away Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Swedish American Hospital surrounded by his family. Born May 7, 1963, in Rockford, the son of Richard and Constance (Carl) Patterson. He married Beth Stralow in 1993. He was a quote sales manager for Springfield Electric. He was very dedicated to his work and to his customers. David was a member of the Verdi Club, where he was very involved. He was a huge Chicago Cubs and Bears fan. David was a huge supporter and was very proud of his sons. He never missed their sports games.
Survived by his wife, Beth; sons, Brody Patterson and Spencer Patterson; siblings, Mark Patterson and Judy Sutton; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents.
