David P. Aldredge

David P. Aldredge, 78, of Rockford, passed away December 5, 2020. He was born on December 13, 1941, in Huntington, WV, to James Paul and Frances Chiquita (Douglas) Aldredge.

He grew up in West Virginia before moving to Toledo, Ohio. He earned an Associate's Degree in Engineering from The University of Toledo. On June 9, 1962, he was united in marriage to Gayle Rollins. A large part of his career in the automotive industry was with Lake Center Industries in Winona, MN, as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. David was a great husband, father and a wonderful Grampa. He was a Packers, Cubs and a Badger fan. He also had a passion for NASCAR and auto racing. Always willing to help family, friends and neighbors with kindness and compassion, he will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife, Gayle; daughters, Debra (Michael) Remme and Sandra Kelly; grandchildren, Adam, Alex, Melissa, Dustin, Jared (Jamie), Megan, Erin and Ian; mother, Frances Chiquita Aldredge; sister, Ann (Richard) Diemer and brother, Thomas (Patty) Aldredge. He was preceded in death by his father, James Paul Aldredge and brother, James Todd Aldredge.
