Floberg, 51, Belvidere, died Monday, November 19, 2012 in his home.nbsp; Born September 25, 1961, son of John A. and Jeanne Reitsch Floberg.nbsp; Graduated from Guilford High School in 1979 and attended Arizona State University.nbsp; Married Alice A. Crouse on June 4, 1988.nbsp; Member of Rockford First Church.nbsp; Dave was an extremely talented and gifted contract machinist, a job he loved and performed for many years.nbsp; He worked for Barber Colman, Advanced Machine,nbsp; Apex Machine, Bourne amp; Koch, Circle Borning and owned his own company, United Boring.nbsp; He was a generous man who loved animals and enjoyed the water and walking on the beaches.nbsp;
Survivors include his wife, Alice; daughter, Heather (Andrew) Hooper; grandchildren, Allyson Hooper and Jacob Hooper; mother, Jeanne Reitsch Floberg; sisters, Katherine (David) Kufahl, Susan McDonald and Marianne (Marty) Kaiser; nieces and nephews, Erika, Kelly (Phil) Mach, Greg Kufahl, Molly (Mike) Peterson, Mandi McDonald, Nathan Kaiser and fatherinlaw, Robert Crouse. nbsp;Predeceased by his father and grandparents.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday,nbsp; November 26, 2012 in Rockford First with Pastor Jason McClenthen officiating.nbsp; Visitation from 46 p.m.on Sunday in Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S.
