Dante E. Ignacio Iii

Dante E. Ignacio, III, 30, of Vail, CO formerly of Rockford, IL passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022. He was born February 4, 1992 the son of Pamela (Grebas) and Dante S. Ignacio, Jr. Dante graduated from Guilford High School in 2010. He worked at Mountain Standard Restaurant as a Grill Chef de Partie in Vail, CO. Dante was an active and beloved member of the Vail community, always helping people and lending a hand to various projects. Dante was an outdoor enthusiast and enjoyed snowboarding, hiking and paddle boarding. He also enjoyed singing karaoke and loved dogs. Dante impacted a lot of people’s lives and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. His legacy of self-giving continues through donation to Donor Alliance.
Dante is survived by his brother, Skyler (John Berg) Ignacio; grandfather, Dante C. Ignacio, Sr.; grandmother, Donna Grebas; aunts and uncles, Dothie Siebel, Donato Ignacio, Deanie (Jack) Henning, Donna (David) Robbins, Dara (Jessica Finley) Ignacio, Ray Grebas, Laura (Dean) Pepol; cousins, Karl (Natalie) Siebel, Dustin Siebel, Anthony Siebel, Ashley Henning, Hollie Ignacio, Isabelle Pepol, Hannah (Kevin) Day. Dante is predeceased by his parents, Dante S. Ignacio, Jr. and Pamela; grandmother, Thelma Ignacio and grandfather, Ray Grebas.
Visitation will be held Sunday, February 20 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave. Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Reverend Randal Heinzeroth officiating.
