Dale Mcintyre

Dale Wayne McIntyre 66, of Rockford, IL passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011, in SwedishAmerican Hospital. Dale was born March 23, 1945, in Beloit, Wisconsin, the son of William Lee and Alice Isabelle McIntyre.He graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1963, and Madison Business College in 1965. In his early life, Dale was an accomplished musician and performed in the Midwest and northeast. In the mid 70'¢s he settled in Florida, while continuing his music career, he purchased and managed a fiberglass company. In 1991, Dale moved to Georgia and returned to school earning a Bachelor'¢s in Nursing from Dalton College. He went on to work as an RN in a psychiatric and drug rehab center. Survivors include his sister Chris (Brad) Powell of Rockford; nieces and nephews, Brenda Powell and Rachel Powell, both of Rockford and Lee McIntyre of Elroy, WI.; sisterinlaw, Margarite McIntyre of Elroy, WI.
