Cynthia M. Burton

Cynthia Margaret "Cindy" Burton, 59, Rockford, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2012, in her home. She was born February 2, 1953, in Rockford, the daughter of John W. and Margaret E. (McDermott) Burton. Cindy was employed as a Patient Care Tech at SwedishAmerican Heart Hospital. Previously, she was a partner in Charolette'¢s Web in Rockford, Cindy was a 1971 graduate of Auburn High School.Survived by her soulmate, Gary Cellitti; brother, Jack (Elizabeth Hielkema) Burton of Rockford, sisters, Kathy (Steve) Koteski of Roscoe and Mary L. Burton of Rockford; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by her parents, John and Margaret; her brothers, Jim and Joe Burton; her sister, Betty Giglio.Funeral Mass will be 10:00 am, Monday, August 27, 2012, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 2505 School St. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
