Cristoval "Cris" J. Perez

Cristoval “Cris” J. Perez, 61, passed away on October 10, 2021 in Rockford, Illinois. Born on October 4, 1960 in Rockford son to Emilio and Patricia (Carre) Perez. Cris went on to work in the manufacturing field most of his life lastly working at TyTech Precision. In his free time Cris could often be found out in his yard enjoying the outdoors, having bonfires, cook outs, mowing, or with his family; he loved spending time with his grandchildren Jacob and Brandon. One of his other favorite activities was anything that had to do with his Camaro. Cris was a person who had a good heart, quick wit and was always there when you needed him to be.

He will be missed by those who loved him most, his children Patti (William) Mills and Jackilyn Perez; his grandchildren Nathan, Jaden, Jacob, Brandon, MyQwon and JaQuel; his siblings Robert (Peggy), Joey (Kathy), Sofia Cambre, Carolina (Pete), Johnny (Lorri) and so many beloved nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents and his son, Brian.

A visitation will take place on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, Illinois 61108.
