Clement L. Otts of Rockford passed away Sunday June 22, 2008 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was born April 29, 1922 in Sulligent, Alabama; son of Grady and Artie (Rainwater) Otts. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1943. Lomax married Sarah Eudene Hankins July 23, 1944. He was a member of First Church of the Nazarene since 1956. He Retired from Eclipse Corp. after 31 years. Lomax was a lifelong White Sox fan and even passionately supported them in his final days. Survived by his Loving wife Dean, their children Mickey Otts, Charles (Julie) Otts and Sybil (Paul) Perla; Grandchildren Sarah (Joey) Keefer, Angus Shull, Mary, Amy and Barb Otts; Great-grandchildren Grady Mac and Judson Dean Keefer; 3 Sisters Jeraldine, Alexander and Christine Otts. Lomax was predeceased by his parents, one brother and three sisters. Services will be at 10:00 a.m Thursday June 26, 2008 at First Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Dave Sorrel officiating. Visitation will be 5 to 7 pm Wednesday June 25, 2008 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory 1860 South Mulford Road. Burial in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery. Family and Friends may
