Clarence Frank Duda, 90 Loving Father, Grandfather, Great-Grandfather Clarence Frank Duda, 90, of Rockford, passed away at 8:07pm on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center. Born June 15, 1918 in Chicago, IL; the son of Leo and Rose (Hudek) Duda. Married Mildred ""Betty"" Bendick in Chicago on February 27, 1943. He served in the U.S. Army during WW II. Clarence was a manager of the Meat Department in Jewel Food Stores, retiring in 1980. He was an avid Bears and Cubs fan. Special thanks to Dr. Charles Welford and his staff and everyone on staff at Van Matre and his special caregiver, Maria. Survivors include his children: Michael (Diane)Duda, Barbara (Charles) Kullberg, Gary (Danice)Duda, Stephan Duda and Andrew (Amy)Duda; grandchildren, Edward Duda, Kari (Brian) Helm, Ben Kullberg, Abram, Joy, Grace, Samantha, Daniel, Rachael Duda; great-grandchildren, Lily, Charlie and Chase Helm; sister, Mildred Barber. Predeceased by his parents, brothers, Edward, Roy and Raymond. Private family services will be held. Memorials may be made to Great Grace Ministries, 14913 Champion Estate Dr. SE, Yelm, WA 98597.
