Christine "Chris" J. Digiovanni

Christine “Chris” DiGiovanni, 56, passed away on January 11, 2023. Born in Rockford, Illinois on June 5, 1966 daughter to Bob and Pat (Broge) Doser, Chris went on to graduate from Belvidere High School in 1984. She married the love of her life, Tom DiGiovanni Jr., on August 10, 1990. She took pride and enjoyed owning her previous business, Oh “Zone” and her current business, Rocky’s; she met so many people and enjoyed being with everyone. She also enjoyed traveling, shopping, anything true crime, reading, but more importantly her time being Naneen to her grandkids.

She will be missed by those who loved her most, her husband of 32 years, Tom; her children Jake DiGiovanni (Alyssa), Jordyn (Brandon) Torzeski, and Josh DiGiovanni; her grandchildren Cole, Brody, Aiyden and Kaiya; her father Bob as well as her mother-in-law, Barb; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A very special mention to her devoted and loving friend Rhonda Mullins. She is predeceased by her mother, Pat; her brother Mark Doser and her father-in-law Tom Sr.

A Time of Gathering will take place on Thursday, January 19, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, Illinois.
