Charlotte Bloomquist, 88 Warm and Gracious Lady Charlotte Bloomquist, 88, life long resident of Rockford, died April 8, 2007. The daughter of Frederic and Ruby (Lillie) Bailey, mother of Rick (Pam) and Dave (Rita), grandmother of Riki and Tim. Retired 30 year employee of Charles Ross Company. Special thanks to the caring staff at Bickford House. A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 13, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Inurnment will be held at a later date at Greenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice. We will miss this warm and gracious lady.
