.Champa Thammarath, 80, Rockford, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021, in her home. She was born September 16, 1940, in Laos.
Survived by her husband, Khamphanh Thammarath; her children, Bouasy Thammarath, Vanessa Nanthavongsa, Chansouk (Bob Luepkes) Thammarath, and Chanieng Cashion; her grandchildren, Sootjarit Kirinhakone, Steven, Jonathan and Anthony Nanthavongsa, Brandon Thammarath, Brianna Schuldt, Noelle, Giselle and Halston Cashion; her great-grandchild, Yaeliz Nanthavongsa; her brothers, Kevin (Olay Sayyalinh) Phengsomphone and Phone Phengsomphone and 3 sisters; many nieces, nephews, including John (Suree) Thammarath and Somchy Phomsopha. Predeceased by her parents and 1 brother.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, May 22, 2021, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd, Rockford.
