Celia Maurer

Celia Sally Maurer, 84, Rockford, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2012. She was born and raised in Orange County California. Beloved mother, wife, sister, daughter, aunt, grandmother, greatgrandmother and friend. She loved God, her family and her friends. Celia was an avid gardener, church patron, reader, collector, traveler, pet and wildlife caregiver, movie and music lover and Chicago White Sox fan. She was wise and helpful, funny, proud, beautiful loving, loved and missed. She was a child at heart to the end. An angel, her greatest gift was her unconditional love, handed down to her by her mother, Rosa. To be held in their love is truly eternal.
